In 1883, the New York Gothams were created, only to be renamed the New York Giants three years later. After a long journey, the professional baseball team eventually relocated from NYC to San Francisco, California, in 1958 and have since been known as The San Francisco Giants! For over 20 years, their home field has been Oracle Park, where they proudly compete in Major League Baseball (MLB) in the National League West division.
