Tom Brady is Bookies’ Favorite to Win the NFL MVP Award

When Tom Brady left New England, many thought he would struggle to replicate his success with Bill Belichick not being there. But instead of this happening the veteran quarterback won more Super Bowls than any other team in NFL history!

Bookies’ Favorite for the MVP

That form has also made Brady the front runner for the MVP award with the bookies. Brady has been among the favorites for the award ever since the season kicked off, but the latest MVP betting odds show just how far ahead he is compared to other players.

Going into Week 12, Brady was the favorite with most betting sites. That wasn’t the case before Week 11 when Josh Allen was the player with the shortest odds with some bookmakers.

Before Week 12, BetMGM had Brady at +240 to win the award and Allen at +550. That was quite the gap between the two. Matthew Stafford, the LA Rams quarterback, was third and was given +900

All other players had odds higher than 10-to-1, meaning you would get some good winnings if you backed players other than Brady. However, considering how well the quarterback has played this season, that would be a very tough proposition.

The latest betting odds put Brady into an even better position to win the award. BetMGM currently has Tom Brady at +150. Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is second, but trails by quite a lot as he is priced at +600. Cardinals’ Kyler Murray is at +750Josh Allen dropped to fourth and is now +900, while Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes is +1100.

As things stand, that gap between Brady and the other contenders will only increase as we go into the final stretch of the season. And at 44, the age at which most players are watching their teams at home, Brady is defying the odds and pushing the boundaries of what professional athletes can do.
