To qualify for this promotion, new Sportsbook customers must:
Have never had a DraftKings Sportsbook account.
Be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and meet the minimum age requirements.
Sign up for a new DraftKings Sportsbook account.
Deposit a minimum of $5 into your new account.
Place a minimum bet of $5 on any eligible DraftKings Sportsbook market during the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Bet”). Qualifying Bets must come from your cash balance or DK Dollars.
Your first placed wager of $5 or more will be your qualifying wager.
You will receive $200 in bonus bets instantly, regardless of the outcome of your qualifying wager.
Bonus paid as eight (8) $25 Bonus Bets.
Bonus Bets are valid for seven (7) days (the “Play Through Period”). For clarity, the seven (7) day Play Through Period is measured as 168 hours from the time the Bonus Bets are deposited into your account. Failure to use the Bonus Bets before expiration will void the award. Awarded Bonus Bets are non-cashable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn.
Bonus Bets must be wagered 1x time. The Bonus Bet amount is not included in any returns or winnings. Winnings generated from wagering Bonus Bets are stake-removed and will be transferred to your Cash Balance, at which time they may be withdrawn.
Bonus Bets are valid on all eligible DraftKings Sportsbook markets prior to expiration. For example, if you place a $10 bonus bet on even odds and it wins, only the $10 profit will be credited to your account.

Each customer will be notified when they have received an award through a bell notification (a notification that displays as a bell icon on the home page of the DraftKings app and website) and/or an automatically triggered email if they successfully entered the promotion.
If you wish to cancel your participation in this promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at sportsbook@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to DraftKings Terms of Use. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn. Any wager placed in connection with the promotion cannot be rescinded once it has been placed.

DraftKings reserves the right to exclude certain registered customers from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward if there is reason to suspect that their actions are fraudulent or, at DraftKings’ sole discretion, it is determined that their actions are in violation of DraftKings’ Terms of Use.
To be eligible for this promotion, customers must be eligible to wager on DraftKings and must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which DraftKings operates. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded.
If physically located in PA, this promo will comply with subsection 813.3(e) regarding cancellation in this Promotion by a customer. If in NY, if a customer is dissatisfied with any resolution between the customer and DraftKings, the customer may then submit an inquiry with the NYSGC.
