Terms:
- The promotional offer is valid between 08/30/2023 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 10/31/2023 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) (the “Promotional Offer Period”).
- Must be physically located in AZ, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA (select parishes), MD, NH, OH, OR, TN, VA, or WY. (“each an “Eligible Jurisdiction” or, collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”).
- Must be 21+ years of age or older (18+ if in NH/WY).
- Offer excludes customers physically located in MA.
To qualify, invited friend (the “Invited Friend”) MUST (1) click on the Referring friend’s (the “Referrer”) personal referral link, (2) be a new DraftKings Sportsbook customer, (2) have never deposited funds into a DraftKings Sportsbook account before, (3) and deposit a minimum of $25 into their new DraftKings Sportsbook account. Once qualified, both the Referrer and Invited Friend will receive a reward equal to 100% of Invited Friend’s first deposit (min. $25) up to a $100 Bonus Bet. For example, if Invited Friend deposits $75 dollars into their new DraftKings Sportsbook account, both Invited Friend and Referrer will receive a $75 Bonus Bet. If the Invited Friend already has a DraftKings Daily Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, or Casino account, this offer is void.
Limit 5 referral rewards per Promotional Offer Period.
Bonus Bets valid for seven (7) days (the “Play Through Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, the seven (7) day Play Through Period is measured as 168 hours from the time the Bonus Bets are deposited into the customer’s account after the first eligible deposit into the customer’s DraftKings Sportsbook account. Failure to use the Bonus Bets before expiration will void the award.
Awarded Bonus Bets are non-cashable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn. Bonus Bets must be wagered 1x time.
Bonus Bet amount is not included in any returns or winnings.
Winnings generated from wagering of Bonus Bets are stake-removed and will be transferred to the registered customer’s Cash Balance at which time they may be withdrawn.
Bonus Bets are valid on all eligible DraftKings Sportsbook markets prior to expiration. Ex : If a $10 bonus bet is placed on even odds and wins, only the profit of $10 will be credited to the customers’ account.
