WEEK 4 NFL PICKS

Titans vs. Jets

Pick: Titans -6

Panthers vs. Cowboys

Pick: Cowboys -4

Chiefs vs. Eagles

Pick: Chiefs -6.5

Giants vs. Saints

Don’t let the secret out but Daniel Jones is actually out performing Jameis Winston by a longshot. New Orleans is only managing 234 offensive yards per game which is 2nd worst in the league next to the JETS. Giving a free touchdown to the Giants who honestly might beat the Saints is laughable. You know what to do Kruzey Nation

Pick: Giants +7

Browns vs. Vikings

Before you start chanting Cousins 4 MVP chants, you need to read this explanation on why the Browns are going to destroy the Vikings tomorrow. The Vikings are a HORRIBLE 0-14-1 ATS 2012 when they completed at least 71% of their passes a week ago. Friendly reminder the Browns allowed just one passing yard last week. Browns to the moon.

Pick: Browns -1 / ML

Lions vs. Bears

Will Matt Nagy have a job after this week? Yes, because they are going to win comfortably against the Lions. QB Jared Goff has done extremely well this season but has yet to take on a tough defense. Expect to see the old frazzled Goff in the pocket this Sunday.

Pick: Bears -2.5

Texans vs. Bills

Honestly, the only bet you should be making in this game is the Bills as your survivor pick. This line has reached almost 18 points and that’s something you should avoid all together. Take the points and pray

Pick: Texans +17.5

Washington vs. Falcons

The Washington Football team allows 432 yards per game this season. Why are they favored? Beats me.

Pick: Atlanta Falcons +1.5 / ML

Colts vs. Dolphins

At this rate, the whole Colts offense might be out on Sunday. Even though Carson Wentz is back he struggled all day against the Titans last week. Small edge to the Dolphins

Pick: Dolphins -2

Seahawks vs. 49ers

The 49ers are favored at home, which screams taking the Seahawks in grand fashion. 49ers are only 5-12-1 ATS as home favorites with Kyle Shannan as the coach. Seattle rarely loses three weeks in a row as well.

Pick: Seattle +2.5 / ML

Cardinals vs. Rams

Sean McVay is undefeated against the Cardinals, and seven of those wins came by at least 10 points. This is a typical public chasing a Cardinals team that could beat the Rams but Los Angeles is elite for a reason.

Pick: LA Rams -4.5

Steelers vs. Packers

Unless the Steelers have someone else at the quarterback spot, everyone should take the Packers. Big Ben cannot throw over five yards.

Pick: Green Bay -6.5

Ravens vs. Broncos

The Denver Broncos are 3-0 because they took on one of the worst teams in the league. Can they take down a top dog now? Friendly reminder Denver will be without two top WR’s and OL.

Pick: Baltimore +1 / ML

Bucs vs. Patriots

Clearly, Tom Brady and the Bucs are the better team. But this has a narrative written all over it. Imagine Bill Belichick taking down his student in Brady with rookie Mac Jones. I’m all for it.

Pick: Patriots +6.5 / ML

Raiders vs. Chargers

Las Vegas may have won last year at SoFi, but now it’s time for the Chargers to get the last laugh. Derek Carr is having a historic start to the season but Los Angeles held Dak Prescott and Patrick Mahomes to under 255 passing yards. Expect a defensive game from the Chargers in which they control and win.

Pick: LA Chargers -3

Jaguars vs. Bengals

Will Trevor Lawrence finally get this first NFL win this season? No. Jacksonville have committed nine turnovers this season which is already a league high. Now they go up against a Cincinnati team that has life after defeating big brother Pittsburgh Steelers. This one is going to be ugly. Take the Bengals.

Pick: Bengals -7.5

WEEK 3 NFL PICKS

Chicago Bears at Cleveland Browns

Pick: Browns -7.5

Atlanta Falcons at New York Giants

Pick: Falcons +2.5

New Orleans Saints at New England Patriots

Pick: Saints +3n

Washington at Buffalo Bills

Pick: Bills -7

Los Angeles Chargers at Kansas City Chiefs

Pick: Chargers +7

Cincinnati Bengals at Pittsburgh Steelers

Pick: Steelers -2.5

Baltimore Ravens at Detroit Lions

Pick: Lions +7.5

Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans

Pick: Titans +4.5

Miami Dolphins at Las Vegas Raiders

Pick: Raiders -3.5

New York Jets at Denver Broncos

Pick: Broncos -10.5

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Los Angeles Rams

Pick: Rams ML

Seattle Seahawks at Minnesota Vikings

Pick: Vikings +2.5

Green Bay Packers at San Francisco 49ers

Pick: Packers +3

Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys

Pick: Cowboys -3

Let’s be honest there is no need to even think about fading one of the most underrated NFL teams right now. QB Sam Darnold has new life and his strong defensive team is going up a rookie quarterback making his first start. Each primetime game this season has come down to the wire but not this one. Carolina wins by two touchdowns.

Pick: Carolina -7.5

Week 2 NFL PICKS

Patriots vs. Jets

  • Jets +6

The New England Patriots have won so many games against the New York Jets in a row it’s starting to get laughable. New York keeps it close but cannot get the win. Take the points still.

Broncos vs. Jaguars

  • Broncos -6

The Denver Broncos are a new team with Teddy Bridgewater. Best of all Teddy B is 22-2 ATS on the road as a starting quarterback. Now he heads onto the road to take on rookie Trevor Lawrence who is still getting comfortable in the league. Denver will easily win this game and should cover well.

Bills vs. Dolphins

  • Bills -3 (Best Bet)

It was tough to swallow the Dolphins’ win and cover against the Patriots last week as New England dominated the whole game. However, a new week has a new opponent. Friendly reminder that Buffalo had nearly 1,000 total offensive yards against Miami last season and should be able to steamroll them again. With a chip on their shoulder, Buffalo will expose Tua and cover with ease.

Saints vs. Panthers

  • Panthers +3.5 (Best Bet)

Last week I was high on the Panthers with Sam Darnold leading the charge and once again I’m riding them against probably the hottest team in the league. Carolina can ride the defense into the playoffs, yes I said PLAYOFFS. Last season it took them three games to record a single sack. They already have six sacks to start the season. With New Orleans without Michael Thomas, David Onyemata, and Wil Lutz, center Erik McCoy, or defensive studs Marshon Lattimore and Marcus Davenport, Jameis won’t be dropping touchdowns left and right Sunday. I would even sprinkle some money-line action for Carolina here.

Raiders vs. Steelers

  • Steelers -5.5 (Best Bet)

The Las Vegas Raiders are still going to be hungover heading into Week two. Congrats on the historic win, but the Raiders are one of the worst teams following a straight-up underdog win. For coach Jon Gruden he brings in a 15-25 ATS following an upset win. That’s not good. For the Raiders as a whole, they are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 following a Monday Night primetime game. Now they have an early game on Sunday and will be knocked in the face by the Steelers. Pittsburgh to the moon.

49ers vs. Eagles

  • Eagles +3 (Best Bet)

What to hear something crazy? The Philadelphia Eagles are going to win this game. Last week Philadelphia torched the Atlanta Falcons with over 400 plus yards of offense. Great teams bully up on bad teams and the Eagles did just that to the Falcons. Even though San Fran beat the Lions last week they allowed 31 first downs to Jared Goff and the Lions. 31 FIRST DOWNS PEOPLE. The eagles are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games as a home underdog. Take the Eagles to the bank

Titans vs. Seahawks

  • Seahawks -6.5

The line scares me a bit but the Seahawks took care of the Titans’ little brothers last week with ease. I don’t see too much difference in both the Titans and Colts game plays as Seattle should roll in this one.

Vikings vs. Cardinals

  • Cardinals -3.5

The NFC West is where the party is at and Arizona will once again get the party going on Sunday. The Cardinals are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games in Week 2 and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games in September. Something is wrong with this Minnesota team

Rams vs. Colts

  • Rams -4

Almost a best bet here. Los Angeles and Matthew Stafford are Super Bowl contenders. We saw what Seattle did to Indianapolis last week and Stafford will have a field day again in Week 2. The Favorite is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings and the Rams are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games in September.

Texans vs. Browns

  • Texans +14

Cleveland will be without some key players in this game as they need to get the ground game going in Week 2. They lost the lead against Kansas City and will not let it happen against Houston. Expect a low-scoring game with Cleveland running the ball at least over thirty plus times.

Falcons vs. Buccaneers

  • Falcons +12.5

Tampa Bay is already looking forward to their matchup against the Los Angeles Rams in week three. Expect a sleepy backdoor cover here by the Falcons as Matt Ryan will throw for at least fifty times in this matchup.

Bengals vs. Bears

  • Bears -2.5 (Best Bet)

Ring the alarm, best bet alert. For the most part, Chicago played quite well against the Los Angeles Rams. The Bears moved the ball extremely well but a poor second-half start limited their playbook and could never catch up. Last week Cincinnati gave up 336 yards as Chicago will be moving up and down the field here. Fun fact: Cincy is 1-4 ATS in its past five after a win. Take the Bears and sweat this one out.

Cowboys vs. Chargers

  • Cowboys +3

Zack Martin is back and ready to help the Cowboys get their first win of the season. Dallas will have no problem scoring once again as Dak is back with his favorite weapons across the offense. This is no home game for the Chargers. The Cowboys get the lead and hold onto it for life.

Chiefs vs. Ravens

  • Chiefs -3.5

The Kansas City Chiefs love taking on the Baltimore Ravens. The Chiefs have won four straight against them and Mahomes has yet to lose and will not lose against them. Mahomes will be 4-0 in his career against Baltimore after Sunday.

Lions vs. Packers

  • Packers -12.5

The Detroit Lions allowed the San Francisco 49ers to walk all over them. Imagine what Aaron Rodgers will do to them. We also love the Over in this one.

Giants vs. Washington Football Team

Nothing says Thursday night football like a clash of NFC East teams. The New York Giants take on the Washington Football Team Thursday with both teams looking to get their first win of the season. With QB Ryan Fitzpatrick being placed on injured reserve, Taylor Heinicke will get the nod. Even though Heinicke had the surprise showing against the Bucs last season, he has been in check since then. Expect a tough New York defense to step up and even win this game straight up. If Daniel Jones can have a turnover-less game, New York should be able to take control of this game with Kenny Golladay, Sterling Shepard, Darius Slayton and running back Saquon Barkley. It’s a snooze fest but the take the points here.

Pick: New York Giants +3.5

WEEK 1 NFL PICKS

Jets vs. Panthers

We saw what happened to the Jets last season. They are a lost cause with no hope or future. Luckily for former Jets QB Sam Darnold, he was able to get out and now has a born again career with the strong Carolina Panthers. During the preseason Darnold went 19/25 for 162 yards and 2 touchdowns against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Darnold has every weapon around him to easily win and cover this game for Carolina. With DJ Moore, Christian McCaffrey and Robby Anderson, the Panthers are going to drop tons of points against a Jets defense that allowed 28.6 points per game. Let’s ride Darnold here.

Pick: Carolina Panthers Team Total Over 24.5 Points

Cowboys vs. Buccaneers

Welcome to the 2021 NFL regular season kick-off! Let’s cut to the chase. There is no reason to keep you here with a 2-hour lecture on which bet is the play on Thursday. The Road team is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 meetings and the Underdog is 4-0 ATS in their last 4 meetings. Yes, the Bucs are Super Bowl champions but this line keeps moving in favor of the Dallas Cowboys who have a ton of talent on both sides of the ball. The addition of Dan Quinn as defensive coordinator should go a new life to the defense. Bucs are the better team here, but give me the eight points for the cover for Dallas.

Pick: Dallas Cowboys +8 ATS

NFL Championship Picks

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Green Bay Packers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers got into the divisional championship game by forcing three turnovers against the New Orleans Saints. Tampa Bay will need to replicate that same performance against Green Bay to stand a chance. Unfortunately, the Green Bay Packers easily torched the best defense in the league. The Packers are first in turnover percentage, and QB Aaron Rodgers has thrown only five picks all year. It will be difficult to stop this historic Packers offense, especially since winning three consecutive playoff games on the road is exceptionally challenging. Some notable trends that stick out the most: Packers are 5-0 ATS in their last five home games vs. a team boasting a winning road record and 5-1 ATS in their previous six playoff home games.

Pick: Green Bay Packers -3/ML

Buffalo Bills vs. Kansas City Chiefs

The Buffalo Bills are indeed the hottest team in the playoffs. If it hadn’t been for the historic Hail Murray, Buffalo would be rocking a 12-game winning streak. Even though the Chiefs’ QB, Patrick Mahomes, will most likely play in this game, let’s not forget that he will not be 100%. Mahomes also has a foot injury that will impact his mobility against Buffalo’s tough defensive line. He’s also barely been able to practice this week due to being in concussion protocol, so it will likely impact his performance. Kansas City’s defense has been one of the worst in the league. The Chiefs rank 32nd in red-zone defense, with opponents scoring touchdowns on 76.6 percent of their trips inside the 20. Is anybody ready for a Bills vs. Packers Super Bowl?

Pick: Buffalo Bills +3/ML

Free NFL Playoff Divisional Picks

Los Angeles Rams vs. Green Bay Packers

The Los Angeles Rams come into this divisional matchup holding their heads high after a surprising victory over the Seattle Seahawks. Currently, they have the best defense in the league, but can they stop one of the best offenses left in the playoffs? Long story short, no. The Green Bay Packers rank near the top in yards per drive, red-zone success, percentage of drives ending in a score, their turnover rate, and much more. Los Angeles could possibly compete during the first half, but it will be hard to keep up with the best team in the NFC. With the news of QB Jared Goff starting for the Rams, it’s important to note that the 26-year-old has 0 TD, 5 INT, and 16.4 total QBR in two career games in freezing temperatures. With pins currently in a repaired throwing thumb, it’s going to be challenging to get any passing game going against the Packers. It’s a close game down to the wire, but Green Bay closes the game out and covers late.

Pick: Green Bay -6.5

Baltimore Ravens vs. Buffalo Bills

It’s definitely been a wild season so far for the Buffalo Bills. Could all of the excitement be coming to a surprising end on Saturday night? Shockingly, Baltimore is the underdog here, especially since the Bills gave up 163 total rushing yards to the Colts. Imagine what Lamar Jackson, J.K. Dobbins, and their league-best number one rushing offense can do against them. On the flip side, Baltimore is ranked second in the league for points allowed per game, with 18.9. Want to know who will shut down Josh Allen? It’s the Baltimore Ravens. Remember, Baltimore shutdown the Titans last week, who were averaging nearly 400 total yards, but only managed to gain just above 80 yards over the final three quarters. Yikes. Time for a little upset special on Saturday night.

Pick: Ravens +2.5/ML

Cleveland Browns vs. Kansas City Chiefs

The Cleveland Browns are heading into Kansas City in their new Corvette (thanks, JuJu), hoping for another upset, and there’s a good chance they could pull it off. Browns’ cornerbacks Denzel Ward and Kevin Johnson will be back from the COVID-19 list in time to face Chiefs’ QB Patrick Mahomes. They will also be getting back Pro Bowl guard Joel Bitonio. Cleveland’s offense should be able to run wild over Kansas City, with the Chiefs allowing 4.5 yards per carry. Expect both Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt to get plenty of touches. Looking on the Chiefs’ offensive side, they have not been anything special as of late. Mahomes has thrown seven touchdowns and four interceptions in the last three games. There are too many points to ignore on the board.

Pick: Browns +10

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. New Orleans Saints

The New Orleans Saints once again welcome division foes, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, back to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Most bettors are leaning heavily on Tampa Bay, +3, mainly based on the fact that “there is no way the Saints can beat them three times this season.” Well, it’s time to wake those bettors up with a slap from reality. Sean Payton is 4-0 against Bruce Arians, including the lopsided 72-26 combined score of the first two meetings this season. Simply put, the Saints are superior to the Bucs. QB Tom Brady’s age shows when he is under pressure, and the Saints are good at bringing the heat, being ranked eighth in the league in sacks with 45. A frazzled Brady and a confident Saints team could lead to another blowout victory for New Orleans. It’s also important to note that the Buccaneers are 0-5 ATS in their last five meetings. You know what to do here.

Pick: New Orleans Saints -3

Indianapolis Colts vs. Buffalo Bills

Although the Buffalo Bills were crowned the AFC East champions for the first time since 1995, this is just the beginning for the well-rounded Buffalo team. QB Josh Allen and company have won six straight games, including eight consecutive covers. One of the dark horses to win the MVP, Allen will likely have a field day against the Colts’ defense. Indianapolis has allowed an average of 326.4 passing yards in the last five games. Yikes. If Jaguars QB Mike Glennon can drop over 250 passing yards and two touchdowns on a Colts defense, imagine what Allen can do on Saturday. Not to mention, the Bills are ranked number one in weighted DVOA. If everything falls together for Buffalo, this one could get ugly early and fast.

Pick: Buffalo Bills -6.5

Los Angeles Rams vs. Seattle Seahawks

It’s been a hectic three weeks for the Los Angeles Rams. First, they lose to the New York Jets, giving that team their first win of the season. In Week 16, they lose 20-9 to the Seahawks and lose their division title hopes. Last week, they closed off the season with a massive win against the Arizona Cardinals thanks to backup quarterback John Wolford. Can they be trusted in the playoffs? Absolutely, and here’s why: QB Russell Wilson has thrown for less than 200 yards in three straight games and now takes on the number one defense in the league. After the Rams win against the Cardinals, Aaron Donald stated, “That’s what we wanted,” referring to taking on Seattle once again.

A fired-up defense is precisely what Wilson does not want to see on Saturday. Adding onto this Rams +3.5 prediction, Los Angeles should have scored on at least two more drives against Seahawks. Forth and goal stop and a costly Jared Goff INT could have easily made the final score 20-19 or better in favor of the Rams. If Los Angeles holds onto the ball for more than half the game like they usually do against Seattle, expect them not to make the same mistake again. This game screams finishing three points or less.

Pick: Los Angeles Rams +3.5

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Washington Football Team

Everyone can talk about how strong the Washington Football Team’s defense is, but should they even be in this position? If the Eagles did not tank in Week 17, more or less, the New York Giants could be playing right now. On the other hand, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have scored an average of 37 points per game in the last four weeks. Washington might hold Tampa Bay for the first quarter, but it will get brutal to watch after that. Knowing that QB Alex Smith is still nursing a calf injury with Taylor Heinicke, the backup, Washington might be lucky to drop 14 points on Tampa Bay. Short and sweet with this preview. Tampa Bay moves onto the next round with a blowout victory.

Pick: Tampa Bay Buccaneers -9

Baltimore Ravens vs. Tennessee Titans

Want to know who is the hottest NFL team entering the playoffs? It’s the Baltimore Ravens. In the last five games, the Ravens have beaten their opponents by an average of 19.4 points. Some handicappers might counter that with, “Tennessee has Derrick Henry, who ran for over two thousand rushing yards this season, and they have already beaten the Ravens.” However, Derrick Henry ran for over 200 rushing yards in his last game and nearly still lost to the 4-12 Houston Texans. Tennessee has allowed 55 total touchdowns this season, which is fourth-most in the NFL.

Given that Baltimore should have Yannick Ngakoue and Jimmy Smith back on defense, it should put some pressure on Tannehill. Baltimore has covered in six straight games and will make it seven straight on Sunday.

Pick: Baltimore Ravens -3.5

Chicago Bears vs. New Orleans Saints

The Chicago Bears will be looking for an upset as they head into New Orleans to take on the Saints. With this being the only game crossing double digits on the spread, it’s interesting to note that the Saints have not covered in four straight home playoff games. New Orleans might have finished with excellent wins against the Panthers and Vikings, but remember they lost two in a row before that, including losing to rookie QB Jalen Hurts. Can Mitch Trubisky have some magic on Sunday? The first-round pick might be onto something as his offense has dropped 30 points per game over the last three games. Anything is possible in the playoffs, and with QB Drew Brees losing some steam with his arm strength, the Saints might drop to 0-6 ATS in their last six playoff games as a favorite. Friendly reminder that these teams played earlier this season, and the Bears only lost by three.

Pick: Chicago Bears +10

Cleveland Browns vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Cleveland Browns clinched their first playoff berth since 2002. Unfortunately, they now face an uphill battle thanks to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Head coach, offensive play-caller Kevin Stefanki, and three-time Pro Bowler Joel Bitonio have all been ruled out of Sunday’s game due to testing positive. Removing the two biggest keys to the Browns offensive success is too much to ignore. They have lost 17 straight games in Pittsburgh and will make it 18 straight on Sunday. After much-needed rest in Week 17, Pittsburgh will be ready to go and should win this game by a touchdown. Given that Cleveland has only covered three times in the last 14 road games, the Browns Super Bowl dreams will be short-lived.

Pick: Pittsburgh Steelers -6.
